TERMS & CONDITIONS

Etrip Live India Private Limited makes every effort to provide you with the best of services, making your tour pleasant and a most memorable one. We strive and endeavour to provide a safe and secure tour without any misunderstanding between us and the eventual traveller(s).

Please read and understand the booking conditions for your holiday tour packages carefully before booking any tour. Once we receive your approval, it shall be deemed that you will abide by all the Terms & Conditions mentioned here in.


Definitions

  • Passenger / You / Guest / Customer / Client
    Means the person in whose name and on whose behalf the booking is made and whose name appears on the booking form.
  • Company / We / Us / Etrip Live Private Limited / ELPL
    Means Etrip Live India Private Limited.
  • Independent Contractor
    Means any hotelier, hotel owner, vehicle owner, owner of any third-party agency, cruise operator, helicopter operator, airline, or any other person or organisation selected by the Company to render services to the passenger.
  • Standard Package
    Means A.C. transportation (except at hill stations) and A.C. accommodation in decent standard hotels.
  • Deluxe Package
    Means A.C. transportation (except at hill stations) and A.C. accommodation in hotel rooms equivalent to 3-star facilities.

Important Note

We are basically travel, tour, and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airlines or any other mode of transport such as railways, buses, coaches, or vehicles. We also do not own or control any hotel, transport, or facility mentioned in the brochure.

We take utmost care in selecting restaurants, hotels, coaches, vans, boat houses, motels, or places of stay to make your holiday comfortable. However, we do not have control over their management or operations.

Therefore, the Company shall not be responsible for any injury, personal harm, death, or damage to personal property caused by the acts or defaults of the management or employees of any independent contractor, hotelier, airline, or transport operator, arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

All passengers travelling through ELPL or on tours organised by ELPL must strictly abide by and comply with these Terms & Conditions.


Meals

Meals are provided as per pre-set menus. Packaged meals may be served at some locations. The meals are mostly South/North Indian vegetarian food.

No complaints or refund claims regarding meals shall be entertained. The Company reserves the right to change the menu or meal arrangements without assigning any reason. At certain locations, food and water may be provided en route at available restaurants, over which the Company has no control.


Hotels

ELPL takes utmost care in selecting comfortable hotels. Most hotel rooms have private bath or shower facilities and may be located either in the city centre or away from it. Based on experience and to offer reasonable tariffs, hotels away from city centres may sometimes be unavoidable.

Facilities such as air-conditioning, central heating, and other amenities are subject to hotel discretion and depend on local conditions and weather.

Triple-sharing rooms are not larger than twin-sharing rooms, and the third bed is usually a roll-away mattress placed in a double-bedded room.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel conditions and availability.

The Company shall not be responsible for loss of baggage or personal effects from hotels. Guests are advised to use safe deposit lockers for valuables. Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay shall be payable by the passenger.


Accommodation for Child (Up to 11 Years)

A child below 12 years booked at a special rate without a bed will not be provided with a bed under any circumstances.

If a passenger makes changes in rooming arrangements during the tour, no refund or compensation shall be payable. Any additional rooming changes, subject to availability, shall be paid directly by the passenger to the hotel.


Coach / Transportation

There is a strict NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, and NO EATING policy inside the vehicle.

Carrying high-value items in the coach is at the passenger’s own risk. The Company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of such items. Any damage caused to the vehicle shall be paid by the passenger.

Vehicles used may include air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned cars, jeeps, vans, taxis, or coaches (2 to 53 seaters), depending on tour requirements. Management reserves the right to change seating capacity based on bookings.


Health

It is presumed that passengers have read and understood the itinerary and are medically fit to undertake the tour. Passengers with medical conditions or those requiring medical attention must make their own arrangements.

The tour manager may not be able to provide medical assistance, and the Company shall not be responsible for any lack of medical attention during the tour.


Photographs & Video Clips

The Company reserves the right to use photographs or video clips taken during the tour, or provided by tourists, for promotional purposes without prior permission.


Itinerary Changes

The Company may operate more than one coach or modify routes or itineraries depending on demand or operational reasons. Passengers missing any part of sightseeing due to their own delay shall not be entitled to any refund.


Tour Price

Prices quoted in brochures, website, or communications are based on prevailing rates. The Company reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in fuel cost, taxes, or supplier rates before departure. Any increase must be paid in full before departure.


International Tours – Special Notes

Travel Documents

Passengers must carry valid passports (minimum six months validity), visas, insurance, and all required documents. Costs for processing these documents are not included in the tour cost.

Visa

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. The Company acts only as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for visa rejection or related losses.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is an add-on service unless otherwise specified.

LRS & TCS

LRS and TCS shall be applicable as per RBI and Income Tax regulations.


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing along with the original receipt.

Cancellation Charges

  • 40% if cancelled before 30 clear days of departure
  • 50% if cancelled before 21 clear days of departure
  • No refund within 20 clear days of departure

Refunds for online bookings will be processed to the original payment mode within applicable timelines.


Liability & Responsibility

The Company’s liability is limited to making reservations as per requirements. The Company shall not be liable for theft, delays, cancellations, personal injury, sickness, accident, death, or force majeure events.

Each provision of these Terms & Conditions is severable. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force.


Complaints & Grievances

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of tour completion. Complaints received after this period shall not be entertained.


Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, and the laws of the Republic of India shall apply.


Booking & Payments

Tours can be booked through www.etriplive.com or offline.

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Demand Draft, UPI, Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallets only in favour of Etrip Live India Private Limited.
